With this app, you can make calls from your Ooma phone number, receive calls when you’re away from home, check your Ooma voicemail, and more. Purchase the beautiful Ooma Telo at your favorite retailer or at Ooma.com. Getting started with the app: 1. Login with your Ooma phone number and password. Please note that the app works with the primary number on your Ooma account, not additional numbers. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting My Ooma. 2. Make unlimited domestic calls without using your cellular plan minutes. The Ooma application makes calls using the Internet, also known as Voice Over IP (VoIP). Make sure that you have a strong Internet connection, either Wi-Fi or 3G/4G, to ensure the highest voice quality. 3. Make international calls for low rates. Visit My Ooma to purchase international calling credits or to sign up for the Ooma World calling plan which includes unlimited calls to more than 60 countries. 4. Dial numbers in your phones contact list or set up a list of Favorites for quick access from the Ooma app. 5. Get alerts for new voicemail and listen to them conveniently on your phone. You can delete messages or file them into folders, all from the app. 6. View your call history, manage your privacy settings, and more. The Ooma app works with Android devices running 5.0 and higher. Be aware that some mobile network operators prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP over their network or impose additional fees and/or charges when using VoIP over their network. Clear simple and flexible
Because I was receiving 20-30 junk/spam calls everyday I have chosen the option to send to voice mail any calls that are not from numbers in my phonebook. And since there is no way to upload you phone book digitally, and you contacts must be manually entered, YOU MUST manually enter the phone number of ANYONE you have asked to call you! And hope they call you back from that number and not another. This is nuts
Will not upload contacts from Android don't bother
Importing contacts is a basic as it gets for a phone app and this can't do it. Further, you can't even do a vCard export / import on the web site. I can do that between Googlrle, Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. It's been around for decades.
This app is useless - I only installed it to upload contact records to Ooma, but that function doesn't seem to exist anymore.
Horrific. Long outdated. Needs update. Painfully slow. Must delete messages 1 by 1. Takes forever. Sometimes deleted calls remain forever.

No point in getting this mobile app because people were using it to upload your contact list and bulk to your ooma telephones. I just tried it and it still does not work. I just don't have the energy to go and put in all those first names and last names and all those telephone numbers just to be able to check the little mark on their options that says do not allow anyone to call me who's not on my contact list. I refuse to put everything in manually on any chance at no way. Noobs!
This is the worse company I've ever done business with. Joe Biden has a better plan than these people. Their tech support is horrible. They lose notarized documents, they feloniously try charging accounts. I would rate them as comparable to herpes.
